Greg, Wilcox, P.E. will discuss the latest information in use of waste asphalt shingles for asphalt pavement. Greg Wilcox is currently President of Winston Engineering, an Environmental Engineering Company specializing in recycling and reusing water and construction materials. He received his engineering degree at Purdue University and is a licensed P.E in Illinois. Greg is currently working with IEPA and IDOT for the use of waste asphalt shingles - RAS - for Asphalt Pavement. To date he has worked with various companies to recycle over 300,000 tons of asphalt shingles and is currently the President of the U.S. RAS Association Midwest.
